Our initiatives

We’re here for the long haul — building relationships that work for everyone.

Cadet lawyers

We regularly invite applications from law students — whether you're currently enrolled or have an offer to start at an Australian university.

Cadet lawyer roles don’t come up often, so they’re a great opportunity for students who are clear on their goals and keen to gain hands-on experience in a modern law firm.

You can apply anytime via our cadetship page. We’ll keep your application on file and be in touch when our next intake opens.

Graduate executive program

We’ve welcomed graduates from all kinds of backgrounds — law, marketing, accounting, business, web and app development.

If you’re enthusiastic, committed, and keen to grow, we’d love to hear from you.

Depending on the role, you might work across different teams — alongside business owners, lawyers, legal execs, and our tech team who build our website and software.

To be eligible, you’ll usually need a bachelor’s degree from an Australian university — ideally in Law, Arts, Economics, Commerce, Business or Computer Science.
