Cinzia is our dedicated Conveyancing Assistant currently in her second year of pursuing a Bachelor of Law and Commerce. As part of the Flat Rate Settlements (FRS) team, Cinzia works closely with Laura and Chris, to ensure that the day-to-day operations of the FRS team are orchestrated smoothly.

In her role as a Conveyancing Assistant, Cinzia serves as the first point of contact for FRS clients, ensuring prompt responses to new business inquiries. She excels in client management and is adept at preparing necessary files and documents. Her responsibilities also include liaising with clients, real estate agents, conveyancers, banks, and lawyers to facilitate smooth settlements.

Outside of her professional life, Cinzia has a variety of interests. She’s really passionate when it comes to all things beauty, from getting her nails done to always looking chic and neat. It also comes as no surprise that she enjoys watching shows like “Selling Sunset” and “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” as she chases the sun for a tan.

Her passion for fitness shines through in her daily life, as she enjoys going to the gym, practicing Pilates, and keeping her body active. This dedication to movement and health translates into her work style, which is characterised by meticulous attention to detail, efficiency, and organisation.

Her favourite trip was to Italy, where she was captivated by the delicious food, the abundance of activities, and the beautiful beaches and scenery.

A fun fact about Cinzia is that she once broke her nose during a dance concert and had to break it back into place. This incident speaks to her resilience and determination, traits that undoubtedly contribute to her success both in her studies and her role at FRS.
