Who we’re looking for
A Curae Law team member is compassionate, never complacent, and upholds our high standards.
As part of our Office Administration team, you will be the face of our business, taking charge for our front-of-house. You will be expected to maintain strict levels of discretion and confidentiality, display a high level of initiative and have outstanding organisational skills.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Professional responses to client enquiries by phone and email
- Taking charge of our front of house, including greeting new clients on arrival
- Managing the firm’s incoming and outgoing documents, including scanning and electronically registering incoming mail and documents and sending mail
- Manage client intake and maintain client records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintaining our safe custody documents and procedures
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and client appointments
- Providing general legal secretarial support
This position is open to full-time and part-time applicants and will be based in our office in the Perth CBD.
This position would suit someone who is looking for a career in office administration or a part-time student looking for professional employment during their uni studies.

Experience working in Office Administration will be highly regarded but is not essential.
Remuneration
Salary to be negotiated depending on experience.
