Who we’re looking for

A Curae Law team member is compassionate, never complacent, and upholds our high standards.

You will be responsible for providing responsive and high quality legal assistant and paralegal services to one or more of our Directors.  You will be expected to maintain strict levels of discretion and confidentiality, display a high level of initiative and have outstanding organisational skills.

Day to day responsibilities may include

  • Communication management: Handle incoming emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Administrative support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Paralegal support: Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.

This position is open to full-time and part-time applicants and will be based in our office in the Perth CBD.

The successful applicant will:

Experience working in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Paralegal role will be highly regarded.

Remuneration 

Salary to be negotiated depending on experience.
