Curae Law is a Perth law firm working in Wills and estate planning, deceased estates and probate, property settlements, debt collection and disputes.
We traded as Birman & Ride for more than 40 years and changed our name in April 2024. Only the name changed. Curae Law is still operated by the same brilliant team and offers the same, quality services you know and love.

Curae Law exists to help people simplify and solve legal problems.
We work across four areas: deceased estates, wills and estate planning, real estate conveyancing, and debt collection. Some of these matters are routine. Some come at the hardest moments of a person’s life. We bring the same care and honesty to both.
