As part of the Flat Rate Settlements (FRS) team, Cinzia supports our team to ensure that the day-to-day operations of the FRS team are orchestrated smoothly. Cinzia serves as the first point of contact for FRS clients, ensuring prompt responses to new business inquiries.

Outside of her professional life, Cinzia has a variety of interests. She’s really passionate when it comes to all things beauty, from getting her nails done to always looking chic and neat. It also comes as no surprise that she enjoys watching shows like “Selling Sunset” and “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” as she chases the sun for a tan.

Her passion for fitness shines through in her daily life, as she enjoys going to the gym, practicing Pilates, and keeping her body active. This dedication to movement and health translates into her work style, which is characterised by meticulous attention to detail, efficiency, and organisation.
