We are seeking a Succession Lawyers who are passionate about helping individuals plan for the future, navigate estate matters, and provide thoughtful legal guidance with care and expertise.
The role
As a Succession Lawyer, you will assist clients with estate planning and deceased estate administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
- conducting client meetings and leading pragmatic strategy development;
- provide legal advice and guidance to clients, helping them understand their rights and options;
- advice and preparation of Wills, testamentary trusts and related estate planning documents;
- advice and preparation of Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration applications and estate administration services; and
- contributing to business development and software enhancement.
About you
We’re looking for a capable and self-motivated lawyer who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with clients on succession-related matters. The ideal candidate will:
- have a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to estate planning and deceased estates and be committed to a career as a lawyer in this practice area;
- have a proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously;
- demonstrate a track record of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client satisfaction;
- share our mission to simplify and solve legal problems;

Applicants with at least 2 years pre or post admission experience in succession law (contentious or non-contentious) will be highly regarded.
